Kayla Bartnicki is a licensed esthetician and beauty culture instructor. She received her first license in esthetics in 2023 and after being out in the field for over 6 months, she realized that education fit her better and decided to pursue her instructor's license, which she obtained by 2024. She graduated high school at the age of 16 and obtained her Associates Degree in General Arts from Ball State University, focusing her studies towards business administration and software management. She has been the administrative assistant for Kay Moriah International School of Beauty since the beginning. The customer service experience she gained by working part-time at a non-profit organization while finishing her degree, aided in her organizational skills. She has been the right-hand person to the owner in handling paperwork, student admissions, and much more.

Her background in education consists of 3 years as an assistant teacher and substitute for Pre-k through 6th grade at Midwest Elite Preparatory Academy. Though she has not been licensed for very long, she has been studying skincare treatments and lash enhancements since 2020. Her passion for education and the beauty industry is easily demonstrated through the success of her students.

She considers her specialty to be skin diseases, disorders, and conditions. Her curiosity for this field was sparked through her personal experience with her own skin conditions. She aspires to help Kay Moriah International School of Beauty continue to grow to its full potential and help countless students pursue their passions in the beauty industry.
